Using the site. It's free to read. The only things for sale are the ranking mug and the three ad spots.

The places. Every place is checked against its own website, the City, or the news before it goes up, and we write down where we checked. Hours and plans change, so check before you drive. Spot something wrong? Tell us.

The ranking mug. Each mug carries the next open number, in order, never repeated. It costs $29.99 with free US shipping, and checkout, shipping and returns are handled by our shop. No names appear on this site. The ranking is a bit of fun and has nothing to do with the City of Haverhill.

Ads. There are three spots. Each is $299 a month, billed monthly, and we design it with you. Cancel anytime: your spot comes down at the end of the month you paid for. Nothing starts until we both say so in writing.

The photos. Each photo belongs to whoever took it. The credits page names them and the licence each one is used under.

The artwork. Mack and the wordmark belong to us. Please don't reprint them.

Mack's official status. Mack is the official mascot of exactly one organization: this one. No endorsement by the City of Haverhill is claimed, implied, or has ever been requested.
